How does the process work, from initial response to work completion?

If you have repairs or maintenance needing performed, please get in touch by either phone, email or the contact form on the website.

Following this, Lee will get in touch with you personally to arrange a time and date convenient for yourself, in order to carry out an assessment of the works required.

Once an assessment has been completed, you will receive a detailed quotation via email or post.  Once you confirm you wish us to carry out the work, we will endeavour to complete the work as possible in a time scale suitable to you.


How do you handle payments?

All customers will receive a detailed invoice showing a breakdown of the work carried out.

Payment can be made by either BACS transfer or cash, and customers will receive a written receipt upon payment.


What guarantee do you offer on works?

All labour and materials are guaranteed, ranging from 10 years to 30 years dependent upon the work performed.

All new flat roofing works come with a written 30 year guarantee.
